Ichiban proudly provides ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI AND TEMPURA BAR. With more than 20 types of Nigiri Sushi, including Hamachi fresh from Japan, over 30 types of long rolls and hand rolls, and fresh, delicious vegetarian rolls, there’s something for everyone – from the sushi novice to the seasoned veteran. Sample our lightly battered, crispy tempura appetizers – your choice of chicken, shrimp, or vegetable – to complement your sushi.

• Baby Lobster Roll – Baby lobster, avocado, and cucumber
• Tiger Roll – Cucumber, avocado, and sesame seeds with shrimp on the outside

At the Ichiban Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, we love to help our locals celebrate their birthdays! In fact, we love singing ‘Happy Birthday’ so much that we’ll give you your birthday dinner on the house if you come in on the day of your birthday with a party of four or more (local ID required). For our out of town guests or those coming for a birthday celebration around the date of their actual birthday, we’ll happily provide a free Tempura Ice Cream and sing to you. Reservations are required for the free birthday dinner – please call us for details!

Early Bird Dining is available Sunday through Friday for the 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. seatings – except holidays and special days. Choose between Vegetarian, Teriyaki Chicken, Tempura Chicken, Salmon, Spicy Pork, Shrimp, Ahi Tuna, or Filet Mignon – all served with miso soup, sunomono salad, sautéed shrimp appetizer, steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, and an ice cream dessert – starting at only $12.95!
